Important Plan Details

Transaction & Account Limits:
Monthly pricing is based on estimated transaction volume, number of connected accounts, and overall business complexity. If activity exceeds plan limits, pricing may be adjusted with prior notice. -
Discovery, Cleanup & Catch-Up:
All clients must complete a Discovery & Diagnostic Review prior to onboarding. Historical cleanup, prior-period corrections, and catch-up work are not included in monthly plans unless explicitly quoted and agreed upon in writing. -
Scope of Bookkeeping vs. Management:
Monthly plans include bookkeeping, tracking, and reporting only. Services involving active management, including customer invoicing, bill pay, collections, accounts payable automation, and third-party payment processing, are provided only as add-on services unless bundled in writing. -
Reporting, Integrations & Support Levels:
Custom financial reporting, third-party integrations, and priority phone/text support are included only in the Pro Plan unless added separately. Review meetings included in the Growth Plan are limited to scheduled quarterly sessions. -
Software Subscriptions & Integrations:
QuickBooks Online and all third-party software subscriptions are billed separately unless otherwise stated. Pro Plan includes connection and monitoring of one primary third-party integration; advanced or multiple integrations are quoted separately. -
Sales Tax Services:
Sales tax tracking and liability monitoring may be included where noted. Sales tax filings, remittance, registrations, notice handling, and compliance management are not included unless added as a separate service or bundled in writing. -
1099 Services:
Vendor tracking may be included where noted; 1099 preparation, filing, corrections, and IRS/state submissions are always provided as a separate service unless bundled in writing.
